Our gari is a high-quality cassava-based staple produced from carefully selected cassava roots sourced across Ghana. It is processed through peeling, grating, fermenting, pressing, sieving, and roasting to achieve a dry, crispy granule with a slightly sour taste and long shelf life.

Gari is one of the most widely consumed foods in Ghana due to its convenience, affordability, and versatility. It can be eaten directly (soaked gari with water, sugar, milk, and groundnuts) or used in preparing popular dishes such as eba and as an accompaniment to beans (gari and beans / “gobɛ”).

The product is properly processed and roasted under hygienic conditions to ensure safety, consistency, and quality. Depending on preference, gari may be available in different textures (fine or coarse) and types (white or yellow—fortified with palm oil).
