3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

Essential for the Platform to function. Without them, you cannot log in, add items to your basket, or complete a purchase. These cannot be disabled without significantly impairing Platform functionality.

3.3 Analytics Cookies

Help us understand how visitors interact with the Platform by collecting aggregated, anonymised information about pages visited and time spent. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.

There is currently no universally agreed standard for responding to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. AgriTrust does not currently alter its data collection in response to DNT signals.

Some cookies are placed by third parties (Google, Meta/Facebook). AgriTrust does not control third-party cookies and is not responsible for third-party privacy practices. Please review the privacy and cookie policies of those third parties directly.


7. Cookies and Personal Data

Some cookies involve processing personal data such as IP addresses and device identifiers. This is covered by our Privacy Policy. Analytics and marketing cookies may transfer data to servers outside Ghana, conducted under appropriate safeguards.

AgriTrust operates a compliant cookie consent management platform (CMP) powered by CookieYes. When you first visit the Platform, a cookie consent banner is displayed giving you the opportunity to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customise your preferences by category. Non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing) are not loaded until your consent has been obtained.

Your consent preferences are stored for twelve (12) months. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the cookie settings accessible on the Platform.


9. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by posting an updated Policy on the Platform and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
